Great place for a solo traveler
The staff was top-notch especially Alanys who served breakfast. She was always cheerful and patient with my Spanish which made mornings easier.
It wasn't exactly cheap but it was worth it.

The Junior Suite offers stunning views from two small balconies and a spacious layout. The rooftop restaurant is a highlight, providing excellent food and friendly service, as do the staff at breakfast. Alfredo at reception stands out for his fantastic service, making the stay even more enjoyable. However, some rooms face inward, which might not appeal to everyone, and the layout could benefit from better soundproofing.

Dude, the rooftop dining at the hotel was lit. the views over Casco Viejo are everything! And don’t even get me started on how charming the staff was—they totally made our stay unforgettable. Plus, we loved being surrounded by a treasure trove of local eats, like Laboratorio Madrigal and Tacos La Neta just steps away.
Had a hiccup with the charges during checkout—got hit with a cancellation fee when we were only staying 2 nights! Also, we could've used more towels for our crew in the family suite.
